Our primary processing site at Hollybank is a specialist producer of fresh turkeys, frozen turkeys, joints and deboned turkey meat. Week in week out our birds are transferred to Hollybank from our farms to be humanely slaughtered under veterinary supervision.
Our skilled butchery team then transform the carcase into deboned meat or a variety of cuts and joints. Hollybank is also renowned as a centre of excellence for familiar Christmas products such as fresh whole turkeys, fresh crowns and added value joints.
The Hollybank site is the home to our head office functions.
