Our Business

Cranberry Foods is a vertically integrated turkey producer, controlling the breeding, hatching and growing of our birds to produce a wide range of fresh and frozen turkey products.

We operate our own breeding farms in Yorkshire, supplying eggs to our hatchery in Dalton, which in turn produces high quality healthy turkey poults. Our farming base stretches from Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, through the midlands and into Herefordshire, Worcestershire and South Wales. Turkeys are reared on one of our company owned sites or by one of our dedicated independent farmers.

The ‘Hollybank’ site in Derbyshire is our primary processing location, and is also home to Head Office. A centre of excellence for meat production by our specialist butchery team, as well as weekly fresh and frozen products, Hollybank is also renowned for the high quality and comprehensive range of fresh Christmas whole birds and crowns. Much of the boneless meat produced by the butchers is sent to our Abergavenny factory, which is a specialist centre of excellence in the production of fresh steaks, joints and ingredients for our retail customers.

We offer a full portfolio of turkey products to retail, food service and manufacturing sectors. Whether or not the birds credentials are white, bronze, barn reared, free range, freedom food, organic or bespoke customer specification, we pride ourselves in delivering quality, service and integrity to the customer.
